As a Principal of Stonegate Private Counsel, Keith brings over 25 years of financial and tax experience to address the complex needs of busy professionals, business owners and wealthy families.

Keith provides comprehensive wealth management solutions, which encompass investments, insurance, tax planning, estate planning and trusts. He has specialized expertise in corporate and personal tax planning, succession planning, business reorganizations, business purchase and sale and business valuation.

Before joining Stonegate Private Counsel, Keith was a Senior Financial Advisor at a full service wealth management firm in Halifax. Prior to that, he was a senior tax practitioner with major accounting firms in Halifax and Director of Finance & Administration of a Halifax law firm.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University, cum laude. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP). He is a Board Member and Treasurer of Abilities Foundation of Nova Scotia.
