Rob Pierce, a Managing Director and Principal of Stonegate Private Counsel, is a 30-year veteran of the wealth management industry. His diverse mix of clients includes entrepreneurs, executives, foundations and affluent families.

Rob's practice encompasses total wealth management, which includes tax minimization strategies and estate planning as well as business succession and private investment for entrepreneurs. With each client, Rob constructs a blueprint of personalized financial goals and a quarter-by-quarter strategic financial plan, which is implemented and reviewed regularly.

In addition to holding the Registered Financial Planner (R.F.P.) designation, Rob is an Associate Portfolio Manager. As a founder of Stonegate and its predecessor companies, Assante Asset Management and Equion Securities, Rob has a history as a successful entrepreneur as well as being a skilled investment advisor.

Rob's considerable energy also extends to the Royal Ontario Museum as Chairman of the Board of Governors and a member of the ROM Finance and Investment Committee.
